Once an order has been placed, it must be requested to be modified quickly or it will become processed and shipped .Once an order begins to be processed it cannot be modified. However, if you need to make changes or cancel your order, please follow these steps:

- Criteria for Modification/Cancellation:
- Entering the wrong shipping or billing address.
- Ordering the incorrect item or size.
- Incorrect payment information provided.
- Cancellation Process: Upon contacting our customer service team and requesting a cancellation, we will process your request promptly. If the order has not already been shipped or packaged we will be able to cancel the order.
- Refund and Reordering: After your order is cancelled, you will be fully refunded to your original payment method. You can then proceed to place a new order with the correct details.
