My credit card is correct, why am I seeing “invalid payment” upon checkout?Updated a year ago
When placing an online order, your billing information must be entered in the same format that your credit card company has on file for you. Please use your full name and enter the exact same billing address and phone number that your financial institution has on file.
Alternatively, if you have moved recently, we suggest using your current home address within the shipping section and your previous home address within the billing section. Feel free to reach out to us at orders@47brand.ca for further assistance.
