Drop it Off: Prefer to get your refund ASAP? Drop off your return at a ReturnBear location near you.

If you've received your order and realized you need a different size, colour, or even a totally different item, we've got you covered. Although we don't offer direct exchanges, you can easily return your current item and repurchase the one you need.

Here's how it works:

Initiate a Return: Just follow our simple return process for the item you currently have using the return link.

Repurchase with Confidence: Ready for the item that's just right? Place a new order at your convenience. If your original purchase came with a special offer or discount, don't sweat it!

Get Your Offer Reapplied: Before you repurchase, drop a message to our support team. We'll ensure that any offer or discount from your original order is applied to your new purchase. It's like your exchange, but with a little extra step to ensure you get the best deal.

THE LITTLE DETAILS THAT MATTER:

We want to make sure you love what you get. If for any reason it's not quite right, here's what you need to know:

Keep It Fresh: Items need to be in their original, unworn, unwashed state, just like when they arrived at your doorstep.

Final Sale Items: If it was marked as "final sale" when you bought it, it's yours for keeps as these items can't be returned. This also applies to any #47Mystery product.

Shipping Costs: We can't refund the shipping and tax costs from your original order, but we're committed to making your return as smooth as possible.

Getting Your Money Back: Refunds go right back to the way you paid. Keep an eye on your email; we'll send you a note when we process your return. If you paid by credit card, give it 4-10 business days to see the refund on your statement.
