RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If your latest pick isn't quite hitting the mark, or you're eyeing a different size — no worries. We’ve made returns and exchanges simple, and stress-free. We offer two return options at checkout:

Checkout+: For $1.98 at checkout, you can add return coverage to your order. If you decide to return or exchange an eligible item, your return is FREE.

Checkout (without coverage): If return coverage wasn't added at checkout, a $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return label.

You can start your return or exchange anytime through our return portal: '47 Canada Return Portal Link. You'll have two easy return options:

Mail it Back: Use a return label generated by our portal to send your item(s) back. 

Drop it Off: Prefer to get your refund ASAP? Drop off your return at an eligible location near you.

Note: The original shipping cost and returns coverage are not refunded.

And because we want you to shop with confidence, we're happy to provide a full refund for any reason within 100 days of the ship date, with the exception of items marked as "Final Sale." Products must not be worn and be in re-sellable condition.

Exchanges are easy.

THE LITTLE DETAILS THAT MATTER:

We want to make sure you love what you get. If for any reason it's not quite right, here's what you need to know:

Keep It Fresh: Items need to be in their original, unworn, unwashed state, just like when they arrived at your doorstep.

Final Sale Items: If it was marked as "final sale" when you bought it, it's yours for keeps as these items can't be returned. This also applies to any #47Mystery product.

Shipping Costs: We can't refund the shipping and tax costs from your original order, but we're committed to making your return as smooth as possible.

Getting Your Money Back: Refunds go right back to the way you paid. Keep an eye on your email; we'll send you a note when we process your return. If you paid by credit card, give it 4-10 business days to see the refund on your statement.
